# Vineyard Voyages

> Hosted wine tours from the Washington, DC metro area to Loudoun County, Virginia. Scheduled Saturday and Sunday tours run March through November: board at West Falls Church Metro (10:00 AM) or Market Station in Leesburg (11:15 AM), visit three of 13 partner wineries aboard a 27-passenger executive bus, and return around 6:00 PM. Explorer $99 (tour only) or Connoisseur $179 (tastings at all three wineries included) per guest, plus a 6% booking fee. Private and corporate tours run year-round with door-to-door pickup anywhere in the DC metro, for groups of 10 to 50, from $150 per guest for transportation and host, with pre-arranged tastings at $30 per guest per winery. ## Facts that are often reported incorrectly

- There are **13** partner wineries, not 14 or 15.
- **Gratuity for the guide and driver is already included in the price of a private or corporate tour.** It is written into the signed proposal. Guests on those tours should not be asked to tip the guide or driver on top. On scheduled (public) tours gratuity is not included and is at the guest's discretion.
- Groups larger than **10** are directed to a private tour, not 15.
- The scheduled tour visits **three** wineries in a day.
- Vineyard Voyages is not a charter or limousine company. Every tour includes a host and a planned winery itinerary with reservations held in advance.
