Start with the bride's style

Choose the feeling of the day, not a one-size-fits-all package.

Tell us what she's like and we'll recommend a pace and a venue mix that makes sense for the group.

Scenic & relaxed

Beautiful views, comfortable seating, a slower pace, and plenty of time for conversation and group photos.

Lively & social

Welcoming tasting rooms, upbeat energy, music when available, and venues where the group can celebrate together.

Wine-focused

Pre-arranged tastings, approachable wine guidance, and a route chosen for guests who want to explore local wines.

Food & wine

A day built around lunch, charcuterie, or another selected food experience paired with a thoughtfully paced route.

An illustrative six-hour day

From pickup to the safe return home.

Most bachelorette days run four to eight hours. This is how a relaxed day might flow without anyone feeling rushed.

1

The celebration begins

Your bus arrives at the hotel, house or Airbnb. Settle in, connect the playlist, and leave the driving to us.

2

The scenic stop

A venue chosen for views, hospitality and atmosphere. Take the group photo before settling in.

3

Vineyard lunch

Lunch, charcuterie or another selected food experience, with dietary needs coordinated in advance.

4

Vines & good company

A second setting with a different feel: lively and social, rustic and relaxed, or tasting-focused.

5

Safe & sound

We manage departure timing and the ride back, so the group arrives home together and the planner relaxes too.

Good to know

Can you help choose wineries that fit the bride?

Yes. Tell us whether she prefers scenic and relaxed, lively and social, wine-focused, food-forward, or a mix. We recommend partner venues based on atmosphere, timing and availability.

Can we decorate the bus or bring games?

Share your ideas before the tour so we can confirm what's practical for the assigned vehicle. Light, removable decorations and simple games are usually fine; nothing that could damage the vehicle.

How big can the group be?

Groups of 10 to 50 on our own vehicles; smaller groups are arranged on request. Our 27-passenger executive bus anchors the fleet, with larger or smaller vehicles arranged when needed.

How far in advance should we plan?

About one month ahead is ideal, especially for popular weekends, larger groups, or days with tastings and food. Shorter-notice requests are often possible depending on vehicle and winery availability.

How long does a private tour last?

Most private days run four to eight hours. A shorter outing supports fewer stops; a longer day allows more time for tastings, food, photos, and a relaxed pace.

Are tastings and meals automatically included?

No. Every proposal is customized. Tastings, lunch, charcuterie, catering, and other extras are included only when you select them and they're confirmed in your proposal.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and guests who don't drink?

Dietary restrictions can usually be accommodated with advance notice. Most partner wineries offer non-alcoholic choices, and selected routes can include a partner brewery or cidery.

Can guests drink alcohol aboard the vehicle?

Alcohol is generally not permitted aboard the vehicle. There will be plenty to enjoy at the wineries, and keeping alcohol off the vehicle helps ensure a safe, comfortable day for everyone.
