How many passengers can the bus accommodate?
Our primary executive bus seats up to 27. Larger or smaller vehicles may be arranged for some groups based on date, availability, route and final passenger count.
Does every rental include a Vineyard Voyages host?
It depends on the service you want. Tell us whether you need transportation only or itinerary, venue and group-hosting support, and the quote reflects the right staffing.
Can you do multiple pickup or drop-off locations?
Often, but every stop adds travel and loading time. Share the addresses so we can confirm the plan fits the service window.
How is bus-rental pricing determined?
Date, passenger count, vehicle, pickup and return locations, destinations, total service time, distance, and any planning or hosting support requested.
Does the bus have a restroom? Is it wheelchair accessible?
No restroom on the primary bus, so longer routes include comfort stops. It is not currently wheelchair accessible; share mobility needs before booking so we can discuss options.
What if the event runs longer than planned?
Overtime depends on driver-hours rules, vehicle availability and the agreement terms. Build realistic loading, traffic and transition time into the original request.
Can the bus be used for something other than a winery tour?
Yes. Describe the event, destinations, timing and passenger count and we'll confirm availability and fit.
Is alcohol allowed aboard?
Alcohol is generally not permitted aboard the vehicle. For winery, brewery and cidery outings there's plenty to enjoy at the destinations.
