“We all had a great time last week! Our guide was awesome with his trivia questions, helping to pass out our lunches, and answering team questions. I’ve received lots of positive feedback from our whole team!”

A look at the experience

Built for the person planning it
Corporate outings involve more than choosing a venue. Vineyard Voyages coordinates the details that can otherwise turn a pleasant idea into a second job.
Meet your team at an office, hotel, conference venue, or central meeting point.
Our 27-passenger executive bus anchors the fleet, with larger or smaller vehicles arranged when needed.
Partner venues are matched to your atmosphere, timing, food, and experience priorities.
The route is coordinated so your team has time to settle in rather than rush between stops.
Tastings, lunches, charcuterie, and dietary needs can be incorporated into the proposal.
A Certified Tourism Ambassador supports the group and keeps the day moving smoothly.
A sample six-hour flow
Corporate journeys typically run four to eight hours. Start times, locations, venues, and experiences are adjusted to fit your agenda.
This illustrative itinerary shows how a six-hour outing may flow. It is not a fixed route or promise of specific inclusions.
Your vehicle meets the team at the agreed pickup point. Light local history or trivia can ease the group into the day.
Arrive at the first venue for a pre-coordinated tasting or flight, with space arranged for the group when available.
Settle in for lunch, charcuterie, or another selected food experience while the team has time to talk.
Continue to a venue with a different atmosphere—perhaps a winery, brewery, or cidery partner.
We manage departure timing and return transportation so the organizer can enjoy the ride too.
Designed around your group
Each proposal is built around your headcount, timing, pickup location, priorities, and preferred level of coordination.
Pre-arranged flights, structured tastings, and winery experiences can be selected for groups that want an easy, coordinated format.
Build in lunch, charcuterie, or catered food based on venue availability, dietary needs, and the pace you want for the day.
Approachable wine insights, regional history, and light trivia create natural conversation without turning the outing into a lecture.
Selected routes may incorporate beer or cider, while most winery partners offer non-alcoholic choices for guests who prefer them.
A clear path from idea to outing
A date range, estimated headcount, and general purpose are enough to begin.
Review sample itineraries, logistics considerations, venue ideas, and experience possibilities.
Tell us your preferred dates, estimated group size, pickup needs, timing, and priorities.
A $500 nonrefundable deposit secures the date, with final payment due two weeks before the trip.
Your driver and guide manage the schedule, venue transitions, and group flow.

Corporate planning questions
Planning about one month in advance is recommended, especially for larger groups or outings with tastings and food. Shorter-notice requests may be possible based on vehicle and venue availability.

Most corporate experiences run between four and eight hours. The right duration depends on your pickup location, number of venues, selected experiences, and the amount of time you want at each stop.
No. Corporate proposals are customized. Tastings, lunch, charcuterie, catering, and other enhancements are included only when selected and confirmed in your proposal.
Dietary restrictions can often be accommodated with advance notice. Most partner wineries offer non-alcoholic choices, and selected routes may also include partner venues serving beer or cider.
Experiences operate rain or shine. Vineyard Voyages works with partner venues that have inviting tasting rooms and indoor spaces, so the group can remain comfortable when the weather changes.
A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure the date. Final payment is due two weeks before the trip. Your proposal will explain the confirmed services, schedule, and payment terms.
Corporate-outing pricing is customized based on the group size, vehicle, pickup location, duration, venue arrangements, food and tasting coordination, and other selected inclusions. Your proposal will identify the confirmed services and total price before you reserve the date.
Alcohol is generally not permitted aboard the vehicle. There will be plenty to enjoy at the wineries, and keeping alcohol off the vehicle helps ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable day for everyone.
