Executive departure
Your bus meets the team at the office, hotel or conference venue. Light local history or trivia eases the group into the day.
Curated tasting
A pre-coordinated tasting or flight at the first winery, with space arranged for the group when available.
Vineyard lunch
Lunch, charcuterie or another selected food experience while the team has time to talk.
A second setting
A venue with a different atmosphere: another winery, or a brewery or cidery partner.

How much does a corporate winery outing near DC cost per person?
From $150 per guest for a six-hour day: transportation on our 27-passenger executive bus, a professional driver and a certified guide, and all route and venue coordination. Tastings and food are added when you select them.
Can you prepare a proposal for internal approval?
Yes. Once we know your group size, date, pickup needs, duration and preferred experiences, we prepare a customized proposal your organization can review and approve.
How big can the group be?
Groups of 10 to 50 on our own vehicles; smaller groups are arranged on request. Our 27-passenger executive bus anchors the fleet, with larger or smaller vehicles arranged when needed.
How far in advance should we plan?
About one month ahead is ideal, especially for popular weekends, larger groups, or days with tastings and food. Shorter-notice requests are often possible depending on vehicle and winery availability.
Are tastings and meals automatically included?
No. Every proposal is customized. Tastings, lunch, charcuterie, catering, and other extras are included only when you select them and they're confirmed in your proposal.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and guests who don't drink?
Dietary restrictions can usually be accommodated with advance notice. Most partner wineries offer non-alcoholic choices, and selected routes can include a partner brewery or cidery.
What happens if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine. Our partner wineries have inviting tasting rooms and indoor spaces, so the group stays comfortable when the weather changes.
Can guests drink alcohol aboard the vehicle?
Alcohol is generally not permitted aboard the vehicle. There will be plenty to enjoy at the wineries, and keeping alcohol off the vehicle helps ensure a safe, comfortable day for everyone.
