For the bride—and the person planning it

You should not have to coordinate the whole day from your phone.

A bachelorette winery outing involves more than hiring a vehicle. We help connect the schedule, transportation, venues, food, and group flow so no one is stuck managing logistics while everyone else celebrates.

Door-to-door transportation

Choose a practical pickup point such as a hotel, home, Airbnb, or central meeting location.

A right-sized vehicle

Transportation can be matched to the final group size and the tone of the day.

Venue and route planning

We help select partner venues based on scenery, atmosphere, food, timing, and the bride’s preferences.

Reservations and pacing

The schedule is coordinated so the group has time to settle in, take photos, and enjoy each stop.

Food and tasting coordination

Tastings, lunch, charcuterie, and dietary needs can be incorporated when selected in the proposal.

A dedicated guide

A Certified Tourism Ambassador supports the group and helps keep the day moving smoothly.

A look at the experience

Beautiful settings, relaxed conversation, comfortable transportation, and room for the group to enjoy the day together.

Start with the bride’s style

Choose the feeling of the day—not a one-size-fits-all package.

The route and selected experiences should feel like the bride. We use her preferences to recommend a pace and venue mix that makes sense for the group.

Scenic & Relaxed

Beautiful views, comfortable seating, a slower pace, and plenty of time for conversation and group photos.

Lively & Social

Welcoming tasting rooms, upbeat energy, music when available, and venues where the group can celebrate together.

Wine-Focused

Pre-arranged tastings, approachable wine guidance, and a route chosen for guests who want to explore local wines.

Food & Wine

A day built around lunch, charcuterie, or another selected food experience paired with a thoughtfully paced route.

An illustrative six-hour day

From pickup to the safe return home.

Every private outing is customized. This sample shows how a relaxed bachelorette day might flow without making the group feel rushed.

Times, venue count, tastings, food, and other inclusions depend on the final proposal and confirmed reservations.

Pre-arranged flights, private or structured tastings, and other winery experiences can be selected for the group.

Lunch & Charcuterie

Build in a vineyard lunch, charcuterie, or catered food depending on venue availability and the needs of the group.

Bachelorette planning questions

Helpful details before you begin.

How far in advance should we plan the bachelorette tour?

Planning approximately one month in advance is recommended, particularly for popular weekends, larger groups, or packages involving tastings and food. Shorter-notice requests may be possible based on vehicle and venue availability.

What group sizes can Vineyard Voyages accommodate?

Vineyard Voyages can arrange transportation for intimate bridal groups and larger bachelorette parties. The recommended vehicle and itinerary depend on your final headcount, pickup location, and desired duration.

How long should we plan for?

Most private celebrations run between four and eight hours. A shorter outing generally supports fewer venue stops, while a longer day allows more time for tastings, food, photographs, and a relaxed pace.

Are wine tastings and food automatically included?

No. Private proposals are customized. Tastings, lunch, charcuterie, catering, and other enhancements are included only when selected and confirmed in the final proposal.

Can you help choose wineries that fit the bride?

Yes. Tell us whether she prefers scenic and relaxed, lively and social, wine-focused, food-forward, or a mix. We will recommend partner venues based on atmosphere, timing, availability, and the experience you want to create.

Can dietary restrictions and non-drinkers be accommodated?

Dietary restrictions can often be accommodated with advance notice. Most partner wineries offer non-alcoholic choices, and selected routes may also incorporate a partner brewery or cidery when requested.

What happens if it rains?

Experiences operate rain or shine. Vineyard Voyages works with partner venues that have welcoming tasting rooms and indoor spaces, helping the group remain comfortable when the weather changes.

Can we decorate the vehicle or bring games?

Share your ideas before the tour so we can confirm what is practical and permitted for the assigned vehicle. Light, removable decorations and simple games may be possible, but nothing should damage the vehicle or interfere with safe operation.

Can guests drink alcohol aboard the vehicle?

Alcohol is generally not permitted aboard the vehicle. There will be plenty to enjoy at the wineries, and keeping alcohol off the vehicle helps ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable day for everyone.

Does completing the guide form reserve our date?

No. The form requests the planning guide and provides information for follow-up. A date is secured only after availability is confirmed, the proposal is approved, and the required deposit is received.
