Explorer or Connoisseur?
Explorer ($99) is the tour with tastings up to you at each stop. Connoisseur ($179) adds one pre-selected tasting or flight at every winery. Compare both tickets.
Where does the scheduled tour leave from?
West Falls Church Metro at 10:00 AM or Market Station, Leesburg at 11:15 AM. You return to the same spot at the end of the day.
What's the cancellation policy?
Scheduled tickets are final sale; Trip Protection is $15 at checkout. Dates can be changed within 48 hours of booking, and tickets can be transferred to someone else at any time.
Is there an age requirement?
Scheduled tours are 21 and over. Private tours can include guests 16+ when disclosed in advance; under-21s join for the wineries and lunch but not tastings.
How much is a private tour?
From $150 per guest for dedicated transportation and your host. Tastings are bought at each winery or pre-arranged for $30 per guest per winery. A $500 deposit holds the date. Private tour details.
Where can a private tour pick us up?
Anywhere in the DC metro area: a home, hotel, office or Metro station, at no extra charge.
