Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events can arise. Our policy aims to provide flexibility while fairly protecting Vineyard Voyages from last-minute losses.

All Vineyard Voyages sales are final and non-refundable, except for bookings where Trip Protection has been purchased.

• Trip Protection: Guests who purchase Trip Protection at the time of booking may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
• Standard Bookings: For all other bookings, we do not offer cancellations, but guests may modify their reservation under the following conditions:
  • More than 48 hours prior to tour departure: Guests may request a one-time reschedule to a future date or a transfer of the ticket to another person’s name.
  • Within 48 hours of tour departure: Only a transfer of the ticket to another person’s name is permitted.
  • Rebooking Limitation: Each original purchase is allowed a maximum of one reschedule, and that rescheduled date must be within 2 weeks of the original booking date.

All modifications are subject to tour availability.

Please Note Regarding Low Booking Numbers: While we strive to operate all scheduled tours, in the event of very low passenger numbers (typically 6 or fewer) within 48 hours of the tour date, we may offer the option to proceed as a private tour. Should this occur, a private tour upcharge of $75 per person would be required to proceed with the scheduled itinerary. Guests will be notified of this possibility and given the choice to either pay the upcharge for the private tour experience or reschedule for another date.

Please note that our tours run based on capacity minimums.  We will let you know within 48 hours of the tour if any adjustments must be made.

Travel Insurance Policy:

For added peace of mind, we offer travel insurance for $15 per person, purchased at the time of booking.
This insurance allows you to cancel your tour for any reason up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a full refund of your tour cost.
Please note: The $15 travel insurance fee is non-refundable.

Tour Date Changes:

You can change your tour date once, free of charge, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your original tour date.
Include your name, booking number, booking date, and the date you wish to change to.
Changes must be made at the time of booking, and we cannot hold tickets without a confirmed date.
