Are wine tastings included?

One pre-selected tasting or flight at each winery is included with the Connoisseur ticket. Explorer guests choose and purchase any tastings, glasses, bottles, or other winery items separately.

Is lunch included?

No. Food is available to purchase at the second winery, which is normally the longest stop of the day. Lunch is not included with either ticket.

Which wineries will we visit?

The live booking calendar identifies the route planned for your date. Every scheduled route includes three winery stops. Occasional substitutions may be necessary when a venue becomes unavailable.

What fees are added at checkout?

A 6% booking fee applies to all tickets and optional items. Groups booking 10 or more guests directly receive $5 off each ticket.

What happens if fewer than six guests are booked?

Scheduled tours generally require at least six guests to operate. When a tour does not reach the minimum, affected guests may move to another available date or apply the ticket value toward a private tour for an additional fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

All ticket sales are final. Optional Trip Protection may be added during checkout for $15 per person. Coverage and claim terms are provided during checkout.

Does the tour operate in bad weather?

Yes. Tours operate rain or shine, and partner wineries offer tasting rooms and indoor spaces when outdoor conditions are less favorable.

Can guests drink alcohol aboard the vehicle?

Alcohol is generally not permitted aboard the vehicle. There is plenty of wine to enjoy at the wineries, and keeping alcohol off the vehicle supports a safe and comfortable day for everyone.

Is the bus wheelchair accessible?

No. The current executive bus is not wheelchair accessible. Contact Vineyard Voyages before booking to discuss specific mobility needs and determine whether the experience is suitable.

Can solo guests and couples book?

Yes. The scheduled tour is designed for solo travelers, couples, friends, visitors, and smaller groups who want to join a shared wine-country day.
