Good to know.
Is lunch included?
No. The first winery is your lunch stop, and you buy what you like from its menu.
Explorer or Connoisseur?
Explorer ($79) is the ride, your host and reserved seating, and you buy your own tastings. Connoisseur ($139) adds a tasting at both wineries. Both are per guest, plus the 6% booking fee.
Where and when is pickup?
West Falls Church Metro, Kiss & Ride lot, at 11:00 AM, or Market Station in Leesburg at 11:55 AM. We’re back in Leesburg around 4:15 PM and at the Metro around 5:00 PM.
How is this different from the Saturday tour?
Saturday Full Day visits three wineries in about eight hours, from $99. Sunday Funday is two wineries, lunch at the first, home by about 5:00 PM. Compare both days.
Who can come?
Every guest must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID. Solo guests are welcome.
Can I bring drinks on the bus?
Yes, on Sunday Funday only. Bring up to 2 canned alcoholic drinks per person to enjoy on the bus. Cans only, with no bottles, glass or coolers. No beer. The cans stay on the bus, since outside alcohol is not allowed at the wineries.
Does it run in the rain?
Yes. Tours run rain or shine, and the wineries have covered and indoor seating.
