Private bachelor-party wine country experiences with custom pickup across the region
A bachelor party built around the group—not a tired party-bus formula.
Bring the guys together for good scenery, comfortable transportation, food, conversation, and the drinks your group actually enjoys. Wine can lead the day, or we can prioritize partner venues with beer and cider options when availability allows.
For the groom—and whoever volunteered to organize everyone
You bring the group. We connect the moving parts.
A strong bachelor-party day needs more than a vehicle and a list of wineries. Vineyard Voyages helps coordinate the route, timing, transportation, venue mix, and group flow so the planner can enjoy the day too.
Our 27-passenger executive shuttle anchors the fleet, with smaller or larger vehicles arranged when needed.
We can prioritize partner wineries with brewery, beer, or cider offerings when the route and current availability allow.
The schedule is coordinated so the group has time to settle in rather than rush from stop to stop.
Lunch, charcuterie, tastings, and other options can be added when selected and confirmed in the proposal.
A professional driver and Certified Tourism Ambassador help the group move smoothly through the day.

Bachelor-party planning questions
Helpful details before you begin.
Does a wine-country bachelor party have to be all about wine?
No. Wine can be the focus, but it does not have to be the only option. Vineyard Voyages can prioritize partner wineries with brewery, beer, or cider offerings when the route, schedule, and current availability allow.
How far in advance should we start planning?
Planning about one month in advance is recommended, especially for popular weekends, larger groups, or proposals involving food and tastings. Shorter-notice requests may be possible based on vehicle and venue availability.
What group sizes can Vineyard Voyages accommodate?
Our executive shuttle seats up to 27 guests. Smaller or larger vehicles may be arranged depending on the final headcount, pickup location, duration, and availability.
How long should we plan for?
Most private experiences run between four and eight hours. A shorter outing generally supports fewer stops, while a longer day allows more time for food, tastings, scenery, and a relaxed pace.
Are tastings, beer, cider, and food automatically included?
Each private experience is customized. Your proposal will clearly identify the tastings, drinks, meals, and enhancements selected for your group.
Can dietary restrictions and non-drinkers be accommodated?
Dietary restrictions can often be accommodated with advance notice. Most partner wineries offer non-alcoholic options, and the route can be planned so guests who are not drinking still have an enjoyable day.
What happens if it rains?
Experiences operate rain or shine. Vineyard Voyages works with partner venues that have welcoming tasting rooms and indoor spaces, helping the group remain comfortable when the weather changes.
Can guests drink alcohol aboard the vehicle?
Alcohol is generally not permitted aboard the vehicle. There will be plenty to enjoy at the venues, and keeping alcohol off the vehicle supports a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable day for everyone.
Does submitting the guide form reserve our date?
No. Submitting the form sends the planning guide to your email. A date is secured only after availability is confirmed, the proposal is approved, the agreement is signed, and the required deposit is received.
