A better setting for time together

More memorable than another conference room.

Leadership Off-Sites

Create a change of pace for leadership teams, retreats, and planning days with a polished experience beyond the office.

Milestones & Celebrations

One point of contact. Far fewer moving parts.

Corporate outings involve more than choosing a venue. Vineyard Voyages coordinates the details that can otherwise turn a pleasant idea into a second job.

Pickup and return logistics

Meet your team at an office, hotel, conference venue, or central meeting point.

Right-sized transportation

Venue and route planning

Partner venues are matched to your atmosphere, timing, food, and experience priorities.

Reservations and pacing

The route is coordinated so your team has time to settle in rather than rush between stops.

Food and tasting coordination

Tastings, lunches, charcuterie, and dietary needs can be incorporated into the proposal.

On-site hosting

A Certified Tourism Ambassador supports the group and keeps the day moving smoothly.

Corporate planning questions

Helpful details before you begin.

How far in advance should we plan our corporate outing?

Planning about one month in advance is recommended, especially for larger groups or outings with tastings and food. Shorter-notice requests may be possible based on vehicle and venue availability.

What group sizes can Vineyard Voyages accommodate?

Corporate experiences are designed for approximately 10 to 50 guests. Vineyard Voyages operates a 27-passenger executive bus and can arrange larger or smaller vehicles based on the group’s needs.

How long does a corporate winery tour usually last?

Most corporate experiences run between four and eight hours. The right duration depends on your pickup location, number of venues, selected experiences, and the amount of time you want at each stop.

Are tastings and meals automatically included?

No. Corporate proposals are customized. Tastings, lunch, charcuterie, catering, and other enhancements are included only when selected and confirmed in your proposal.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and guests who do not drink wine?

Dietary restrictions can often be accommodated with advance notice. Most partner wineries offer non-alcoholic choices, and selected routes may also include partner venues serving beer or cider.

What happens if the weather is poor?

Experiences operate rain or shine. Vineyard Voyages works with partner venues that have inviting tasting rooms and indoor spaces, so the group can remain comfortable when the weather changes.

What is required to reserve our date?

A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure the date. Final payment is due two weeks before the trip. Your proposal will explain the confirmed services, schedule, and payment terms.

How is corporate-outing pricing determined?

Corporate-outing pricing is customized based on the group size, vehicle, pickup location, duration, venue arrangements, food and tasting coordination, and other selected inclusions. Your proposal will identify the confirmed services and total price before you reserve the date.

Can guests drink alcohol aboard the vehicle?

Alcohol is generally not permitted aboard the vehicle. There will be plenty to enjoy at the wineries, and keeping alcohol off the vehicle helps ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable day for everyone.

Can you prepare a proposal for internal approval?

Yes. Once we understand your group size, date, pickup needs, duration, and preferred experiences, Vineyard Voyages can prepare a customized proposal for your organization to review.
